My 1 year transformation
Photo on the left was in August 2023 and on the right is on August 2024. My weight only changed 10lbs, but from the looks of it I gained a decent bit of muscle and lost even more fat. Will post another transformation in a year - goal is to get visible abs.
Most of what I achieved here was simply from starting to go to the gym once or twice a week for a few months, sleeping a lot more than I used to, and changing my diets to be a little healthier. Also learned a thing or two about fashion - the photo on the left is really how I would go to the office every day.
